About Me

What you will get when you work with me is a professional who has over twenty years experience of helping people like you make positive changes in their lives.

Apart from getting a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist (GHR - General Hypnotherapy Register) and NLP Master practitioner, you will also get a qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique (Society of Teachers of The Alexander Technique -STAT) which is a technique for making positive and lasting changes in posture and movement.

In addition to this you will also get a Certified IEMT Practitioner (Integrated Eye Movement Therapy). This is a therapy that rapidly reduces anxiety, PTSD and the effect of negative memories.

I am also a Careers Coach (Member of the CDI - Careers Development Institute - formerly Institute of Careers Guidance) with over twelve years experience of helping people change careers, start new careers or go into business. Some of this has been with people recovering from mental health illness who want to put their careers back on track - so, I have a great deal of experience in real-world Life Coaching.

I use all this experience to help people like you make the positive changes that they need to improve their lives and achieve their aims and I hope to soon do the same for you.
